Can you send me a catalog?
We are a
liquidator, which is very different from a wholesaler. We sell
merchandise that is in excess. This means that products and product
mix can and does change on a daily basis making it impractical to
print a catalog.
How big and how much does a truckload
cost?
A full
truckload is typically 24-27 pallets, however we use the term
"truckload" or "load" to represent all of the product removed from one
locations inventory on the same day. A "truckload" or "load", as we
use the term, can be from 1 to 24 pallets and we are able to give you
the actual wholesale cost of the product. You only pay a small
percentage of wholesale cost! So the more you pay the higher the
quality or the higher the retail!
What is a category?
A category
is a portion of a truckload or load. Usually it refers to the gender
of clothing: e.g. men's category, women's category or children's
category.
What is a Lot?
A lot is a smaller
portion or mix of clothing. Our trained clothing warehouse team
creates this mix. It is a representation of what is available in the
warehouse at that time. Lots are all one gender - all Men's, all
Women's or all Children's.
Can I pick my pieces?
We
always sell the product the same way we receive it. Since we buy it as
mixed labels and styles, we sell it as mixed labels and styles. We do
not "Cherry pick" and we do not have a retail operation. We believe
all clients have the right to the best opportunities so we treat all
customers the same. All lots are hand sorted and mixed by our trained
warehouse personnel. All mixes are as equal as possible.
How will I know what I am getting?
Your consultant will work with you "one on one" to fulfill your
needs.
How much is shipping?
This
is a difficult question to answer without knowing what you are
ordering, how much it weighs and where it is going. These are the
elements needed to figure freight fees. We charge you only what it
costs us to ship the order to you!
Do you ship out of the country?
We serve clients all over the world, however, we require the
customer to handle the freight when shipping outside of the USA. Each
Country has its own laws and requirements and this requires a
specialist called a Freight Forwarder. This certainly is not our area
of expertise. However, we can offer you some referrals here in the
States if you wish. In addition, you may arrange your own shipping
from your own Country.
What are your payment methods?
Our preference is a Wire Transfer. This allows us to keep our
prices as low as possible.
If necessary, some credit cards may be accepted, discuss this with
your consultant.
Do you ship COD?
No, sorry!
Do you drop ship?
Yes. We
will drop ship your lot, category or truckload anywhere in the USA.
Can I come see the warehouse?
YES! You are welcome to come, tour our warehouse, and meet our
consultants. Our warehouse is available for tours Monday through
Friday from 9:00AM until 3:00PM CST. We suggest that you schedule an
appointment.
Do you sell retail?
No, we do
not. You should be cautious ordering from anyone who does.
What are your minimum orders?
This can vary. Some items are available in lots, which are small
enough to satisfy the small business or on-line sellers. Your
consultant will advise you.
